Garage La Santa
Garage La Santa is a 100-square-meter loft located in the village of La Santa, Lanzarote. It is a spacious, open-plan area designed for those seeking a peaceful stay near the sea—whether to work, relax, or simply enjoy the island at their own pace.
The property features distinct areas for comfortable living and working, abundant natural light, and a small outdoor terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. Its industrial aesthetic and open layout make it a comfortable space for both short and long stays.
Situated just a short walk from La Santa’s fishing harbor and seafront promenade, Garage La Santa serves as an excellent base for discovering the north of the island, exploring the coast of Famara, or visiting Timanfaya National Park.
While primarily designed for two guests, it also offers the option to accommodate a third person on an occasional basis.
THE SPACE
A 100 m² industrial-style loft with a completely open-plan layout. It’s ideal for two people, with room for a third guest on the sofa. There’s a private 12 m² terrace with morning sun, perfect for having breakfast outside.
Free parking is available right outside. The loft is just a two-minute walk from La Santa’s fishing harbour and seafront, making it a good place to combine work, time by the sea and nature.
KITCHEN
A fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, moka pot, capsule coffee machine, toaster and everything you need to cook during your stay. A baby high chair is also available on request.
SLEEPING AREA
The sleeping area has a 180 × 200 cm double bed and is part of the loft’s main open-plan space. There’s also a 2.5-metre sofa that can be used as a bed for a third guest.
A travel cot is available on request.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, mirror, hairdryer and basic toiletries.
WORKSPACE
Two separate desks, an ergonomic office chair and a 300 Mbps fibre connection. A comfortable setup for remote work or developing a project during your stay.
