Garage La Santa
Garage La Santa is a 100-square-meter loft located in the village of La Santa, Lanzarote. It is a spacious, open-plan area designed for those seeking a peaceful stay near the sea—whether to work, relax, or simply enjoy the island at their own pace.
The property features distinct areas for comfortable living and working, abundant natural light, and a small outdoor terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. Its industrial aesthetic and open layout make it a comfortable space for both short and long stays.
Situated just a short walk from La Santa’s fishing harbor and seafront promenade, Garage La Santa serves as an excellent base for discovering the north of the island, exploring the coast of Famara, or visiting Timanfaya National Park.
While primarily designed for two guests, it also offers the option to accommodate a third person on an occasional basis.
The place
A 100 m² industrial-style loft with a completely open-plan layout, ideally suited for two guests but with the option to accommodate a third on the sofa. It features a private 12 m² terrace that enjoys morning sun—perfect for breakfast outdoors—and offers free parking right at the entrance. Located just a two-minute walk from the fishing harbor and the seafront promenade of La Santa, it is the perfect spot to combine work, the sea, and nature.
kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge, freezer, stovetop espresso maker, pod coffee machine, toaster, and all the necessary cookware for your stay. A high chair is also available upon request.
Roon
Sleeping area featuring a 180 × 200 cm double bed integrated into the main living space. The loft also includes a 2.50-meter sofa that can serve as a bed for a third person. A baby crib is available upon request.
Bathroom
Bathroom equipped with a shower tray, washbasin, toilet, mirror, hairdryer, and basic toiletries for a comfortable stay.
Work area
Two separate work desks, an ergonomic office chair, and a 300 Mbps fiber-optic connection—ideal for remote work or working on projects during your stay.
